These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of redi-fest.com (the "Site"), operated by Redi-Fest LLC, doing business as Redi-Fest Liquidation ("Redi-Fest Liquidation," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Products

Redi-Fest Liquidation sells liquidation, closeout, and overstock merchandise. Product descriptions and condition notes (new, open-box, refurbished, gently used, etc.) are provided to the best of our knowledge. We do not guarantee that products are free of minor cosmetic wear consistent with their stated condition. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without notice.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Returns & Shipping

Returns and shipping are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Redi-Fest LLC or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to attempt to access data not intended for you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redi-Fest LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including damages resulting from the condition of liquidation merchandise.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Redi-Fest LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Tennessee.
