Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) before shipment. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and delivery address - we don't mark up carrier rates.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by carrier and service selected at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. Redi-Fest Liquidation is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us at admin@redi-fest.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to file a claim and get you a resolution.

Multiple Items

Because our inventory comes from liquidation lots, items in the same order may occasionally ship separately or from different fulfillment batches. You'll be notified if this affects your order.
