• Account information such as name and email address when you sign in via Google OAuth
• Product listing data including titles, descriptions, prices, and photos you upload for processing
• eBay account data accessed via the eBay API with your explicit authorization, including listing drafts and account status
• Google Drive file metadata used to retrieve product photos for automated listing creation
• Usage data such as session information and interaction logs for debugging purposes

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Authenticate and authorize access to our internal listing tools
• Automatically generate eBay product listings from uploaded product photos
• Create and manage draft listings on eBay on your behalf via the eBay Sell API
• Improve the accuracy of our AI-generated listing descriptions and pricing suggestions
• Maintain security and prevent unauthorized access to our systems

eBay API Usage

Our application integrates with the eBay Developer API to create and manage listings on your eBay seller account. By authorizing our application, you grant us permission to:

• Create, edit, and manage listing drafts on your eBay account
• Read listing and inventory data from your eBay account
• Submit listings to eBay on your behalf

You may revoke this access at any time by visiting eBay's Third-Party App Access settings.

Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the following services as required to operate our platform:

• eBay — to create and manage your product listings
• Google — for authentication and Drive photo access
• Anthropic — product photos are processed by Claude AI to generate listing content
• Upstash / Vercel — for data storage and application hosting

Data Retention

Listing drafts and associated data are retained in our system until you delete them or export them to eBay. Product photos are accessed from your Google Drive and are not permanently stored on our servers. We retain session and authentication data only as long as necessary to provide our services.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), OAuth 2.0 authentication, and environment-based secret management. Access to our internal tools is restricted to authorized users only via a verified email whitelist.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. You may also revoke third-party application access (including eBay and Google) at any time through those platforms' account settings.
